Athletes and Families, we are excited to start track practice tomorrow!

The schedule of practice is online the TeamApp events page for the whole winter. We hope to have the competition schedule soon.

Reminders:
1) Everyone should complete the team roster Google Form- https://forms.gle/Z1To6PxJMPD3UbB9A
2) Meet at room 113. Please be dressed, checked in on the roster, and ready to begin practice at 3:40.
3) Unless we communicate something different tomorrow, expect sprinters will train indoors tomorrow and distance runners will warmup and cooldown indoors, but run outside. Always be prepared for indoor and outdoor training.
